The JISC Monitoring Unit provides a quality assurance role to JISC. It regularly collects data from the Network Infrastructure and Content services, and publishes reports on overall performance, trends and significant incidents for submission to JISC on a quarterly and annual basis. It also conducts annual surveys in order to obtain a user-centric view on the performance of services. For more information please visit the about us section of the MU web-site.

The Monitoring Unit maintains an authoritative list of JISC-funded JANET Connections
