The ISI Web of Knowledge Service for UK Education is the platform by
which users can access Thomson Scientific products subscribed to by an
individual institution, such as Web of Science (including the Citation
databases: Science Citation Index Expanded, Social Sciences Citation Index,
Arts and Humanities Citation Index), ISI Proceedings, Journals Citation
Reports, Current Contents Connect, Derwent Innovation Index and BIOSIS
Previews etc. See more

The ISI Citation databases are multidisciplinary databases of bibliographic
information indexed to allow users to search for specific articles by
subject, author, journal, and/or author address, as well as cited reference
searching. Journal citation reports can be used to examine citation
data for individual journals. ISI Proceedings is an index to the published
literature of the most significant conferences, symposia, seminars,
colloquia, workshops, and conventions in a wide range of disciplines.

To find details of papers, reviews etc., relating to their research
interests, users can enter the ISI Web of Knowledge platform and select
individual products for searching via a drop-down box at the top of the
screen or from the hyperlinked list of products on the WoK
homepage. The platform also allows users to run a new cross-search
function which enables them to search the content in multiple products
simultaneously.
The ISI Web of Knowledge service is useful for teachers and researchers at
all levels.
