VRE sustainability can be assured in different ways for different kinds of projects.
  • By finding new funding
  • Absorbing a VRE in research funding; getting institutional support; selling the software licenses to commerce

In this panel we would like to hear different experiences about:

  1. Further funding (why, how and where?)
  2. Institutional sustainability (how, what level?)
  3. Commercial sustainability (when?) and the different issues that arise when tackling this.
