This project seeks to update Peter Ford’s 1996 publication Managing Change in Higher Education: Learning Environment Architecture. This book included nine contributors and covered social, business and technical perspectives.

This project is hoping to update the existing body of information and make it more accessible to FE institutions. Around a dozen experts/consultants are contributing to the book and will attempt to map out the critical issues on a series of topics ranging from student services, registry, marketing, staff development to web services.  It is anticipated that there will be phased releases of material during the lifecycle of the project.
