This one-year project explored the characteristics of each C&IT communication medium to define the communication skills required for staff and students. This involved collecting data from 15 teaching sites, including texts of conferences, individual interviews, focus groups and questionnaires. Two other Networked Learning focused projects, commissioned at the same time, are ongoing.
