This project aimed to innovate learning and teaching through the use of existing museum material which is too delicate, scarce and valuable to be used in conventional practical classes.

The project was part of the museums and archives project cluster in this particular programme. The main focus of projects in this cluster is to improve use of museum and archive resources, including geological collections, through the development of learning and teaching packages.
