I am responsible for managing the programmes and projects on behalf of the Organisational Support committee. The particular focus of this committee is centred around the organisational and change management impacts of technological change, particularly amongst non-technical staff within higher and further education institutions. Current interests include the roll of partnership and collaboration in improving business processes and the how technology can help improve communications and planning.
